A different kind of Graduate Programme
We’re not a typical insurance business, and we’re proud of that fact. We like to do things a bit differently, and that goes for our Graduate Programme too.
Beginning in September each year, The Ardonagh Graduate Programme provides a tailored learning pathway within a structured, supported and connected environment, that complements and supports the day-to-day roles and responsibilities our graduates carry out in their chosen business areas.
So, you choose the role, and we’ll provide you with the best possible start to your career in it.
Our offer to you
You’ll be based in one of our leading businesses where you’ll receive specialist technical training tailored to you your specific role which is supported by the Ardonagh Graduate Programme.
Delivered through a blend of online sessions, self-managed projects and in-person events, the Graduate Programme includes:
Empowered development
Insights profiling, coaching and facilitated skills-based learning to help our graduates thrive and succeed.
Business and industry insight sessions
Deep dives into Ardonagh’s businesses and the insurance sector from industry experts to help accelerate your career.
Making a difference
Either individually or in groups, our graduates choose, manage and deliver on a charitable community project aligned to Ardonagh’s Environmental Social Governance (ESG) strategy, helping us to give back to the communities in which we live and work.
An assigned mentor for the duration of the programme
Expertly matched to suit each graduate’s individual requirements, your mentor’s guidance and experience will support your journey with us and ensure you get the most from the programme.

Perhaps you’ve taken a year out, been travelling, or started a career elsewhere which you’ve discovered is not quite right for you. That doesn’t matter to us, provided you’ve obtained a graduate degree within the last 24 months, you can apply to Ardonagh as a graduate.
Can’t wait until next September? You don’t have to.
When we said we’re always on the hunt for our next-generation leaders, we meant exactly that.
