The Ardonagh Group announces the release of a Shareholder Written Resolution
The Ardonagh Group announces the release of a Shareholder Written Resolution relating to the completion of its acquisition of Nevada Investment Holdings 2 Limited (“Nevada”), the issue of CECs as consideration for such acquisition together with consequential steps and a Group reorganisation re-positioning the subsidiaries of Nevada within the Group. The Written Resolution also authorises the amendment of certain provisions in the Articles of Association of the Company following the amendment of its Shareholder Agreement dated 27 December 2018.
