Ardonagh Specialty completes its purchase of Oxford Insurance Group

Further to its announcement in October that it had exchanged contracts, Ardonagh Specialty today announces the completion of its purchase of Oxford Insurance Group.

The addition of Oxford brings $250 million of gross written premium and additional capability in professional indemnity, general liability, marine and energy to the $7 billion premium placed by Ardonagh Specialty.
