The Ardonagh Group shines a light on brightest talent

On Wednesday 11 April, 250 colleagues across The Ardonagh Group came together to crown the winners of our first ever employee recognition programme, The Spotlight Awards.

It was quite the party at London’s iconic Natural History Museum, with the awards celebrating the excellence, performance and dedication of our best and brightest colleagues across this family of businesses.



From over 450 nominations in December 2017, we whittled it down to 52 finalists across ten categories and can now reveal the winners for 2018:
