There are four prize categories, each connecting to a different way young people can make a difference. The winners will share the £40,000 prize fund.
Empowering the next generation
Now in its fourth year, through the Bright Future Prize over £140,000 has already been invested in young people reaching seven countries around the world.
Our 30+ alumni have gone on to take their ideas to the next level, thanks to the funding, connections and support of ACT.
From self-build wind turbine kits, video games to support mental health, the creation of a neurodiversity hub, to promoting access to music – the range of ideas has been phenomenal but one thing all our alumni have in common – a drive to make positive change.
Who will join our alumni through our 2025 prize…?
“Our journey has been nothing short of incredible. The exposure Bright Future Prize gave us has been a game-changer, helping us build awareness of our project and grow our impact. None of this would have been possible without ACT, who have been with us every step of the way. Their belief in our mission has truly made all the difference!

“Through the Bright Future Prize, we’ve been able to nurture talent and help take young people personally and their incredible ideas to the next level. By opening doors, developing confidence, and providing not only investment but support – it’s wonderful to see so many young people benefit from Bright Future, and better still the communities around them positively impacted too. I can’t wait to see what this year brings!”
